The Circumstances

"Miss, miss mau sama sir kami?"

The one question that kinda started it off. Well, start amende eh? Takde pun start apa-apa. It's just that ianya rasa macam satu permulaan. Back then, one year ago bila soalan ini ditanya, ianya buat aku tertawa. Budak-budak ni macam-macam aje sebenarnya.

Ada dua orang students yang sedang membuat attachment di tempat kerjaku. Diyana dan Chee namanya. Yes, itu nama sebenar. So manja these two. So playful and talkative also. Having them around has filled my worklife with fun. I am not really their supervisor though. Not really their mentor. Kami berjiran tempat duduk. They seated nearby.  Then, the bond just bloom. And we were able to just talk about a lot of things. And one of them was definitely about relationship.

They knew that I was single back then. They knew a little bit about my sad story. However, such a mature duo they are, they knew how to console me. In a way. Even though at that time, I was urmm.. ok lah. Ok, let's not go deeper. Hahahaha.

Back to the question.

"Kenapa Diyana tanya?"

"Sebab Miss single bah. Sir kami pun single"

So funny. Suka-suka je diaorang nak kenen-kenenkan aku dengan supervisor dari sekolah diaorang.

"Hensem kah?" just out of curiousity aku bertanya. Biasalah kan pertanyaan yang nak mencukupkan korum. Of course tanya, hensem ke tidak. Even though realise pun diri ini taklah selawa mana. Hahaha. Mimpi pun nak kahwin Zul Ariffin (waktu tu orang tengah angau Zul Ariffin okay, skang ni orang tengah angau gile ngan Fattah Amin... aigoo)

"Hensem miss. Sweet. Saiz sama miss. Kan Chee kan?" The talkative Diyana gave her assurance.

"Eh sukati saja. Ada gambar?"

"Ala. Nada miss. Nada gambar. Tapi hari Isnin ani ya ke ofis untuk jumpa kami and check on us. Nanti saja Miss jumpa lah. Jumpa depan-depan baru bisai Miss"

"Eh, Miss tah pulang kan asi-asi"

Sungguh aku tidak tahu apa-apa perihal this HANDSOME SIR yang nak diperkenalkan ini. Plus, at that time - I was not even interested. Yalah kan... orang baru kecewa yo. Sibuk lah nak rawat hati.

"Inda me mau miss eh. Rehat miss dulu. Hati miss ani dulu kan miss rawat. When miss feel better, nanti miss mikirkan" aku menolak dengan cara baik.

"Suruh lah sir rawat hati miss. Sama-sama rawat. Ya pun baru putus miss"

They went... ooo... aaaa!

Ah. These girls. They don't know how to stop right. =____="

Serious. Apalah special sangat SIR diaorang dua ni?

Hari Isnin berlalu. Hari Rabu berlalu. Bulan berganti bulan. Confirm takde jodoh dengan this HANDSOME SIR. Sebab tiap kali he comes to the office, I was not around.

Ada jugalah desas-desus from dearest colleagues yang bagitahu supervisor budak berdua ni MANIS DIPANDANG.

Hmmm. Curious jugak.

Tapi taklah curious sangat sampai rasa macam nak skodeng.

Ah. Serious. Macam bukan aku. Sebab usually nya kalau ada mamat hensem memang skodeng terus pun tak lepas peluang.

Tapi hati masih tawar. Not interested.

END OF LAST YEAR.
At one local concert. Band tempatan.

"Babe, F* is so handsome! Ohmygod!"

So I said to my friend, A. Love at first sight rasanya. Was proud giler sebab managed to take picture with him. Oh, I'm in LOVE. I kinda fell for the vocalist too even. Hahaha. But that would be another story that should not be part of this chapter here.

Fast forward.

After seminggu, still angau.

After dua minggu, still angau.

Kesian my friend had to layan my angau. Hahahaha.

December passed. January passed. Feb passed.

July came.

Until that one day, she said "Adik ipar si J jua tu babe si F ah"

Then this friend of mine, J, inboxed us gambar F and his vocalist friend. So me being me kirimsalam lah.

And somewhere along the conversation, adalah satu cerita keluar tang abang kepada si F merangkap adik ipar si J juga. And J said "eh atu pun single jua.. si Shee belum meliat?"

Then she cakap nanti dia tunjukkan gambar. Tunggu punya tunggu, takde pun gambar muncul.

So oh okay. Masih jugak lah F jadi pujaan hati.

Hahahaha.

Sehingga that end of July, my friend, A, posted one pic.
But I was not even bothered.

I didn't reply her pun.

Had a whatsapp convo one fine day with A and DA. 

And we were like having some reminiscing high school moments. Then cerita punya cerita, terbongkarlah satu cerita tentang one of our schoolmate.

Cerita punya cerita. Entah melarat ke mana. We were like talking about yang dia baru putus dengan someone.

So, somehow. Ada gambar couple ni dikongsi.

Tapi.. that was just some story that I didn't bothered.

Except that I remembered how DA was not into the girl but was on the guy's side. Then dia siap puji how this guy was baik and all.

But that was it.

Tidak ingat pun how the guy looks like.

Hi-Tea dengan my bestie yang seakan my sister. Eseh. D! And we were talking about our worklife. Biasalah kan sesi curhat mencurhat. And biasalah curhat mencurhat ni tak sah lah kan kalau tak cerita perihal jodoh. 

"Eh beb, masa ku site visit sariatu ke W, ada cikgu manis beb. Kalau kau lihat, mesti kau cair beb" 

"Yakah beb? Single?" 

"Entah, mana ku tau... macam belum kahwin plang" 

"Ada gambar?" 

Then D showed me gambar ramai. And gambar tu gelap lah tak berapa clear. 

And all i said "Oh..." 

Tak jumpa pun tang mana manisnya. 

Rasanya still setia kot dengan Mr. Vokalis dan F*. Masih angau. Hahahaha. Benchmark tu! 

Cinta itu buta. Hahahaha. 

Hari raya pun menjelang tiba. Berkunjung ke rumah sahabat, L. A was there. J was there. Oh, me, of course lah malu-malu kan. Al-maklum lah hahahaha hati dah terberkenan okay dengan adik ipar J, F. Kihkihkih. 

Tapi harus sopan, tak cover sangat topik tentang F. Sebab tak nak nampak tersua-sua sangat. Hahahaha. Lagipun macam J macam tak nak cerita je. 

Tapi ada lah at one part tu, A cuba nak kenen-kenen kan lagi. Then she mentioned abang kepada F. And it was something like nama my ex-classmate was mentioned. 

TERCLICK LAH! 

Oh... rupanya. So this ex-classmate of mine was ipar-tak-menjadi my kawan, si J ni. Merangkap ex-girlfriend abang F. 

I was like. OH je. 

NOTED. 

Iyelah kan, what would you expect from me? Aku bukannya kenal pun dengan abang kepada F ni. I'm more interested kat F kot. Lagi-lagi dengan F hahaha. Walaupun waktu dah kurang sebenarnya rasa dengan F ni. Sebab budak ni dia punya cecapi level maximum gilers! Fufufufu~ 

But that was it. 

Not until.... 

One year had passed ever since I kept in touch with my two students dari the first event. 

The WA group I had with both of them was revived in a way. 

Dengan soalan tak boleh blah dari my student, Diyana. 

"Ka, how are you? Masih solo?" 

Serious lah budak ni. So aku reply lah. Aku bagitau je aku masih solo. And if she has a calon. 

Then she said this, 

"hahaha sir kami masih single kan Chee" 

And Chee replied, "awuuu.. baking skill pun bagus" 

Diyana, "Chef" 

Nak you all wanna know what. 

It is  at this stage ... all the puzzles above now fit into a picture.

Before, I actually had acknowledged that this sir diaorang ni actually ex-boyfriend kepada my ex-classmate. Tapi waktu tu, macam lupa lah duno dun care kind of thing. And that was before 2nd event, 3rd event, 4th event, 5th event took place. 

Tapi bila those events take place ... aku tak ingat pun. 

Ya lah macam mana aku nak ingat. Aku tak kenal pun lelaki ni. 

Until.. Diyana shared the pic of diaorang punya SIR ni. 

And all coming back to me.  

SHEESH. 

Macam masuk terowong masa Doraemon saja tiba-tiba. 

Hmmm. 

All puzzles now bercantum menjadi sebuah gambar. 

And I WAS- BOH! 

SEMUA CIRCUMSTANCES 1,2,3,4,5 and now 6,  ADALAH...

 LELAKI YANG SAMA!!

So, itu adalah turutan kisahnya. 

Serious eyh. Walau tak kisah, tak kenal... tapi sebenarnya orang itu pernah wujud di sekeliling kita. Walau hanya di dalam cerita seharian. 

So funny. 

I found it funny. 

Serious. 

Aku tak kenal dengan mamat ni. 

Aku tak pernah jumpa dengan mamat ni. 

And, somehow, he kinda exist in this life of mine. 

*garu kepala tak gatal*
